About me

A product designer
who ships the build

I'm a product designer based in the UK, working with founders and teams globally. For 15 years I've designed B2B SaaS interfaces - dashboards, onboarding, settings and pricing flows - the unglamorous screens that decide whether people stay.

Recently the work changed shape. Instead of handing designs to a developer, I started building them myself: Figma to React, with Claude for the model layer, Supabase for data and Vercel for deployment. Briefd went from idea to live AI product in a single day.

That means you get design strategy, interface work and a working build from one person - no translation layer, no account manager, no agency markup.

What clients say

★★★★★
I came to Raza to sort out some ads that were already designed but off-brand. He was happy to take on the challenge and absolutely surpassed my expectations — he basically designed them from scratch and they were totally on-brand, eye-catching, and the client loved them. Very quick as well.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a B2B SaaS product designer do?

A product designer shapes how a SaaS product works, not just how it looks — user flows, interface design, and the component system that keeps it consistent as the team grows. In practice that means research, wireframes, high-fidelity design, and a library your engineers can build from directly.

Can you build the product as well as design it?

Yes. I design in Figma and build in React or Framer, including AI features using the Claude API with Supabase and Vercel. Briefd — an AI brief generator — went from idea to live product in a single day, designed and built entirely by me.

How much does UX design cost for a SaaS product?

It depends on scope. I price by project rather than by the hour, so the cost is agreed before we start and doesn't move. Send me what you're building and I'll come back with a scope and a number within 24 hours.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes — most of my work is with founders and small teams. Early-stage projects suit how I work: fast decisions, direct communication, no account managers. I'll also tell you when something isn't worth building yet, which saves more than a discount would.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes, regularly. I'm based in the UK and work with clients across the US and Europe. I overlap with US mornings and EU afternoons, reply within 24 hours, and work async by default with calls when they are genuinely needed.
